Our second cake this week is a 6-inch Gluten-Free Carrot Cake, full of freshly grated carrots, toasted walnuts, and plump raisins. It’s soft, spiced, and everything carrot cake should be—just without the gluten. We dressed it up in a dreamy purple watercolor design and finished it with a crown of spring flowers for a little extra magic.
